The Village's water utility purchases water from the City of Madison water utility. Meter pits along the railroad line measure water coming into the Village. The Shorewood Hills Water Utility maintains the water mains and bills residents who live north of the railroad tracks. Residents and businesses south of the railroad tracks are billed for water usage directly by the Madison Water Utility.
Shorewood Hills utility bills are sent out monthly at the end of the month. The payment due date is the 20th of the following month. Links to information on automatic payments (ACH) and paperless bills (eBills) are listed below.
