Personnel Committee

The Village Personnel Committee shall: review and recommend to the village board personnel policies and procedures; personnel transactions including hiring, evaluation, discipline, and termination of village employees; compensation and fringe benefits including annual wage increases and compensation structure; employee grievances; and federal, state, and other regulations affecting village employees.
