Public Hearing Notice (Meeting Postponed)
7/10/2025 - Please Note: The ZBA had originally planned to have a virtual only public hearing on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 5:30 pm, but to ensure an equitable process, a decision was made to have the hearing in-person with a virtual option. Unfortunately, the original meeting date of July 14 conflicts with the Municipal Court session at that same time in the Village’s meeting room. Once the ZBA meeting has been rescheduled, a new notice will be posted here and mailed to the same list of property owners, as was sent previously.

Please take notice that the Village of Shorewood Hills Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 14, 2025 starting at 5:30 p.m. virtually via Zoom hearing pursuant to Village Code § 10-1-124(f)(1), concerning the appeal of Christina and John Clancy, et al., of the decision of the Zoning Administrator dated April 29, 2025, approving the Zoning Review Permit that allowed a building permit to Rieber Family LLC permitting construction at 1202 Sweetbriar Road based on an interpretation of Village Code § 10-1-25(e)(4).
A copy of the appeals and associated information is attached below, or you may review it at the Village Hall, 810 Shorewood Boulevard during open hours (8-4, M-Th and 8-12, F).
Written comments may be submitted to Village Hall (info@shorewood-hills.org) by 8:00 am on July 14 or you may attend the virtual public hearing on Zoom using Meeting ID 838 4450 4914 and Passcode 804059 and provide your comments there.
