Zoning Amendment R-1 & R-2 Front Yard Setbacks

Please take notice that the Village of Shorewood Hills Plan Commission will hold a public hearing at a special meeting on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 7:00 pm via Zoom to take public comment on an ordinance amending sections 10-1-24 and 10-2-25 of the Zoning Code regarding Single-Family Residence Districts front yard setback regulations. A copy of the proposed ordinance will be available for review on the Village web site (www.shorewood-hills.org/pc) and at the Village Hall.

Written comments may be submitted to Village Hall (info@shorewood-hills.org) by 8:00 am on November 12 or you may attend the virtual public hearing on Zoom using the Meeting ID and Passcode published on the Village’s website (www.shorewood-hills.org/zoom).
