Village Board update

At a special hearing on May 12, 2026, the Village's Board of Trustees removed John Imes from the Village Presidency according to provisions in the Wisconsin Statutes (Chapter 17.13(2)). The split decision was 4-3. At the regular Board meeting on May 19, President Pro Tempore Shabnam Lotfi was appointed to serve out Imes's term as Village President, which ends in April, 2027. In addition, resident Kate Crowley was appointed to fill the vacant Trustee seat.
